Fixing 'Call to undefined method Mailbox::getRawHeader()' Error in Email Importing

Symptom

After updating to WHMCS 8.6.0, users may encounter a Call to undefined method error when importing emails into the support ticket system:

Call to undefined method WHMCS\Mail\Incoming\Mailbox::getRawHeader()
 

You may no longer be able to import email into the support ticket system.

Cause

A pop.php or pipe.php file has become outdated.

Solution

Upload the latest WHMCS 8.6 version of the crons directory, overwriting the existing files. You can find it in the Full Release file at https://download.whmcs.com.

If you have customised the location of the crons directory, upload the files to the customised location.
