The primary navigation bar and sidebar menu items do not display correctly. Instead, shortened versions of the text display without capitalization or correct spacing:
Cause
The contents of the language file in the /lang directory, which should contain the text for these menu items, is missing, unreadable, or corrupted.
Solution
To resolve this issue:
- Connect to the server that hosts your WHMCS installation.
- Rename the
/langdirectory to/lang_backup. - Upload a new copy of the entire directory. You can download this from https://download.whmcs.com or get it from your WHMCS license reseller.
